Hannu Vierimaa has strong international experience in management consulting since 1999. More than 200 organizations (out of nearly 1000) have used extensive consultation, the rest mainly training. The customers are from roughly 100 businesses (industry and services, private and public) in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, Japan, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Singapore, USA.

Examples of results

• logistics, clothing company: cutting the total customer order lead time to 1/28th, which means 28 times higher capability to respond (increase is 2800 %)
• public health care: the total lead time of a central hospital to patient’s home was cut to 1/11th (1100 % higher capability to respond)

A company has 10…30 sites in 10 countries, each operating on their own culture and procedures. Heavy sub-optimization occurs. The multi-local approach has to be changed to one global approach.
